1. SCOPE OF SERVICES


Scivita Inc. provides specialized engineering, operational management, and procurement services for onshore and offshore energy exploration and production. All corporate services, project agreements, and deliverables are subject to individual written contracts, master service agreements (MSAs), or statements of work (SOW) executed between Scivita Inc. and its corporate clients.


2. ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE


Our Services are intended exclusively for corporate entities, national oil companies, and independent operators. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that your organization is legally incorporated and complies with all local, federal, and international regulations applicable to the energy and maritime sectors, including but not limited to the regulations of the United States and Mexico.


3. PAYMENT TERMS


All payments for commercial services provided by Scivita Inc. shall be made via direct bank wire transfer (ACH, Fedwire, or international SWIFT) to our designated corporate bank accounts, in accordance with the specific payment schedules outlined in your respective service agreement. We do not accept or process personal checks or cash payments.


4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY


All content, proprietary designs (including jackup, drillship, and pipelay barge designs), equipment integration frameworks, engineering models, logos, trademarks, and texts displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of Scivita Inc. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our proprietary material is strictly prohibited.


5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scivita Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Site or reliance on the general informational content provided herein.
